The Sister and The Brother-in-Law served this appetizer to us recently.
Skewered on picks were pieces of cantalope, arugula,
parmesan cheese and prosciutto.

They were drizzled with olive oil and lightly salted and peppered.
Delicious!
The Sister has also tossed these ingredients
in a bowl and served as a salad.
